MISSING CHILD LOCATED - MAY 7, 2009 |

On the afternoon of May 7, 2009 the Millard County Sheriff's Office received a call regarding a missing child in the Meadow Creek Canyon area east of Meadow. The child's mother reported that her two-year-old son had slipped away from the family’s mountain cabin. Deputies from the Millard County Sheriff's Office and Troopers from the Utah Highway Patrol responded. A Deputy located the child as he wandered out of the brush and onto the road. The child was quickly reunited with his mother about two hours after he disappeared. The child was uninjured.
