On December 18, 2009 at about 11:00 PM Millard County Sheriff's Deputies were dispatched to a location in Meadow on a fight.  The ambulance was paged shortly after to respond and stage in a safe location until the scene was secure.  During the course of the investigation 19 year old Lupe Rodriguez was arrested and booked in jail for aggravated assault and intoxication.  Lupe attempted to stab his brother with a butcher knife.  While his brother was deflecting the knife strikes Lupe managed to hit him in the nose with the handle of the knife.  Alcohol was a factor in this incident.
