On July 10, 2010 at approximately 3 pm, 43 year old Darin Peterson was working on farm equipment in an enclosed farm building at 2980 West 4500 South, Delta.   The equipment ignited, spreading to the other contents of the building.  Peterson was able to escape, suffering burns on his arms and head.  Delta Fire Department, Sheriff’s Deputies, and Millard County Ambulance were paged by Sheriff’s Office dispatch.  Peterson was transported to Delta Community Medical Center by ambulance.  The fire destroyed the building and all contents.
