SEARCH WARRANT RESULTS IN ARREST - JULY 6, 2010 |

On July 4, 2010 the Millard County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a stolen air compressor from the Holden, Utah area. The investigation lead Deputies to the Flowell area. Deputies discovered a possible auto theft that had occurred in the area from a local business in Flowell. Deputies located the suspect and during questioning the suspect stated he did “borrow” the vehicle. The suspect was charged with Joyriding.
The suspect was identified as 42 year old Bart Gray. Gray was arrested by a Millard County Deputy on the above mentioned Joyriding charge.
Through the investigation of the stolen air compressor and the joyriding it was learned that Gray may have stolen property and or drugs at this residence. A search warrant was issued and Millard County Deputies searched the Gray residence. Located during the execution of the search warrant were baggies containing drugs, burglary tools, clonazapan, drug paraphernalia, and stolen property.
Gray was later charged with Possession of Methamphetamine, Theft, and Possession with Intent to Distribute, Possession Burglary Tools, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
