Investigators from the Millard County Sheriff’s Office are seeking additional information regarding an assault that occurred near Holden, Utah on March 20, 2007.
The assault involved the victimization of a 17-year-old female who was driving home from Delta, Utah on Highway 50 at approximately 10 P.M. on that date. A rock was thrown through the victim’s vehicle window causing her to slow down. Two unknown males pulled her from the vehicle. According to the victim, the male suspects were conversing in Spanish and were dressed in hooded sweatshirts. The victim sustained minor lacerations.
The victim described what she thought was a black or dark colored passenger car with a fin or spoiler on the rear of the vehicle parked near the scene as she approached.
